In-Mat Technologies is a material technology company established in Singapore since May 2003. We develop, manufacture and supply Epoxy Adhesives and Materials for Microelectronics, Electrical, Building & Construction, Marine, Oil & Gas and General Industries.

We started off with Microelectronics related products, focusing mainly on die attach adhesives and liquid encapsulant epoxies. We further expanded this product line on 2005 to include Fiber-Optics, SMT, B-Stage epoxies.  Since 2006, we explored into potting & casting epoxies for Electrical applications. This product line becomes our major export to oversea markets since 2014, with annual volume of 50 metric tons.

In 2010, we ventured into Building & Construction, Marine, Oil & Gas and General Industries. Our products in these applications include epoxy coating, grouting, 5 mins room temperature cure epoxies as well as epoxy casting mold, etc.,

In addition to our existing product lines, we have capabilities to develop epoxy based adhesives and materials to meet customer specific requirement and application.
