Casting Epoxy is an inorganic filler loaded or unfilled epoxy material for electrical, vacuum & thermo forming applications. Our casting epoxies come in two or three components version, room temperature storage and mostly room temperature cure overnight. Elevated temperature cure after room temperature cure overnight would enhance the mechanical properties.

For electrical applications, we have flame retardant casting epoxies that meet UL94-HB & UL94-V0 fire rating. For application that needs to flow through or gap-filled less than 1mm, we have unfilled system with very low viscosity to meet this requirement.

For vacuum & thermo forming applications, we have developed a three components epoxy casting mold that is rigid and possesses excellent dimensional stability performance after room temperature cure overnight. This epoxy casting mold after cured could be easily drilled and polished. It is a low cost alternative to metal mold.
